      ITC’s work in this sector aims at improving the quality and quantity of fruits and vegetables exported by developing countries. To do so, we create strategic development plans outlining the status of the fruit and vegetable market in a country and explain how to overcome the challenges that will be faced in order to reach a predefined target exporting goal. This study focused on the impact of vegetable sales on household income of hawkers in the Limpopo province. A stratified sampling technique was used.
